Missions
Which mission you are in sets the geometry.
How far the surface carries around the viewer, and how far above and below the eyeline, are specified against what the work actually requires — not chosen from a catalogue. These are the three the geometry is most often specified against, and each asks a different question of the surface.
Three missions
01
Simulation
Flight and aerospace, ship bridge and conning, ground vehicle and crew, JTAC, tower and spatial disorientation training, mission rehearsal and after-action review — inside a world that is geometrically correct rather than approximated.
02
Command and Control
Watch floors and operations centers, domain awareness, base defense operations, multi-sensor fusion and next-generation digital twins — presented as one environment the staff stands inside.
03
Combat-Ready Awareness and Operations
In-platform rather than in-facility. A virtual portal around the crew position, including above and behind, and remote operation of uncrewed and remote systems for individuals or teams.
Beyond the three
The geometry is in use or under discussion across a wider set than these three sections cover. If your programme is not obviously one of them, it is worth asking anyway.
