Record
Fielded systems and reference installations
Two systems, five installations. One R14 and one R6 account for all five: each was struck, moved and recommissioned rather than replaced, which is a harder fact to produce than a row of site names.
The R14
Immersive Visualization Lab, Los Gatos, California
2021 — The first R14, and where much of the system was developed and proven.
NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas
2026 — Installed and in service.
The R6
CXC Simulations, Hawthorne, California
2023 — A commercial simulation house, and the second of the two development installations.
The Forge, Patrick Space Force Base, Florida
2025 — Nine months of continuous testing — the longest evaluation run on any TigerVision volume.
National SpacePower Center, at Sedaro, Alexandria, Virginia
2026 — That same R6, removed from Patrick and recommissioned here.
In progress
Not yet installed. Listed separately so nothing here is read as fielded.
R9 — NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, Texas
An R9 in progress.
Shown to the industry
Both systems have been deployed and run at the events where the federal simulation and space community gathers.
- R6 — I/ITSEC 2024
- R14 — SpacePower Conference 2024
- R14 — I/ITSEC 2025
- R14 — SpacePower 2025
