What this site collects

If you send us a message, we collect the name, email address, organization and message you type, plus the page you sent it from so we can reply usefully. We use it to answer you. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, collects no personal data, and does not track you across other websites. It tells us which pages are read and which sites link to us. There is nothing here to opt out of, which is why this site shows you no cookie banner.

Advertising

None. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts on this site.

The technical library

Accounts for the technical library are opened by invitation. When that opens, we will record who holds an account, the organization they gave, and which documents each account downloads. We record downloads so we know which material is being used, and so we can tell account holders when a document they have taken is superseded.

Download records are kept for 24 months and are readable only by named TigerVision staff. They are not shared with our partners or sales agents. We store a one-way hash rather than your IP address.

You will be told this plainly when you register, not only here.

Your rights

TigerVision, Inc. is a Nevada business, at 1043 Ranch Drive, Gardnerville, NV 89460-9625.

Wherever you are, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@tigervision.ai. We will respond within the period the law requires. We extend that right to everyone who asks rather than only to residents of states whose law compels it.
